your package will arrive in a plain box with a non-descript return address shipped via UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service

You will be provided tracking and confirmation numbers to properly track your orders

For sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We will issue a refund or a product exchange for defective items.  Please return the products in their original packaging within 30 days to the address we will provide.  Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
